Your selected travel dates are guaranteed. In the unlikely event of seats selling out, the alternative is +/- 1–2 days from your preferred dates.

Booking Amount

At booking: 40% of the total package cost per person or cancellation charges, whichever is higher. Non-refundable and non-transferable.

Airfare Note

Full payment of airfare is required for issuance of flight tickets. The included Riyadh-to-Jeddah flight remains subject to airline conditions.

Within 30 days from departure: 75% of the full tour cost or cancellation charges, whichever is higher. Non-refundable and non-transferable.
15 days from departure: 100% of the full tour cost.
Initial booking amount is non-refundable.
30 to 16 days prior to departure: 75% of the full tour cost.
15 days prior to departure: 100% of the full tour cost.
