Booking Policy

  • At booking: 50% of the total package cost per person or cancellation charges, whichever is higher. Non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Within 30 days from departure: 75% of full tour cost or cancellation charges, whichever is higher. Non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • 15 days from departure: 100% of full tour cost.

Remarks

  • Above-mentioned price includes only one room (maximum capacity 2–3 adults).
  • Confirmation (itinerary / hotel / package cost) is subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • A minimum of 08–10 participants is required for commencement of the group.
  • Peak Period Surcharge will be applied after confirmation if any, based on seasonal dates, public holidays and school holidays.
