Your selected travel dates are guaranteed. In the unlikely event of seats being sold out, +/- 1/2 days from your preferred dates are guaranteed.

Booking at Confirmation
30% of the total package cost per person or cancellation charges, whichever is higher. This amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.

50% of the full tour cost or applicable cancellation charges, whichever is higher. Non-refundable and non-transferable.
Within 45 Days
75% of the full tour cost or applicable cancellation charges, whichever is higher. Non-refundable and non-transferable.
30 Days from Departure
100% of the tour cost.

Group Basis
Pricing is based on a minimum of 20 passengers travelling together (ADHOC Group).
Cancellation Policy
- 46 days or more prior to departure: booking amount is non-refundable.
- 45 to 31 days prior to departure: 60% of the full tour cost.
- 30 to 21 days prior to departure: 80% of the full tour cost.
- 20 days prior to departure: 100% of the full tour cost.
- No refund will be made against non-refundable services in the tour package.
- Cancellation policy is non-negotiable and 5% GST will apply on the total cancellation amount.
